O R D E R

Heard Mr.K.G.Senthilkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.B.Anand, learned Government Advocate for the first respondent, Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned Standing counsel for the second respondent. Despite service of notice on the third respondent and his name being printed in the cause list, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel. 2.The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representation dated 29.5.2018.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent has been running a Fast Food centre at Arumbakkam, Chennai, without obtaining permission from the statutory authorities, the respondents 1 and 2.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.5.2018, was not considered and the petitioner would be satisfied, if a suitable direction is given to the second respondent to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner.

5. The learned Standing counsel for the second respondent submitted that the second respondent is ready to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

6. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.5.2018 and take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
