This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7571 of 2024 dated 27.03.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, charge sheet has been filed in this case.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
