2.Heard Mr.C.Kaveen, learned counsel for the applicants. 3.This Court vide order dated 24.08.2021 granted Succession certificate in favour of the petitioners. However, the present application has been filed to extend the Succession certificate granted by this Court vide order dated 24.08.2021 in OP.No.294 of 2021 in favour of the petitioners herein in respect of the schedule mentioned debt receipts made in Shriram Transport Finance Company, Chennai. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4.The learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners has submitted that they are not aware of the debt particulars as stated in the schedule to the Judges Summons filed in A.No.2793 of 2022, at the time of filing of O.P. Subsequent to the grant of Succession certificate only, they came to know about the schedule mentioned debt particulars of the deceased, who is the brother of the petitioners, made in Shriram Transport Finance Company, Chennai and therefore, the present application has been filed to extend the Succession certificate.
