Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to conclude the enquiry proceedings initiated by the first respondent pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner not to register any document presented by respondents 2 to 4 for registration, which involves the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. 2.Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent. Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 2 to 4, notice to respondents 2 to 4 is dispensed with by this Court. 3.Admittedly, as seen from the documents filed along with this writ petition, the enquiry is yet to be concluded by the first respondent on the petitioner's representation.
4.The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in support of his representation as stated supra. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same. 5.No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the first respondent to conclude the enquiry proceedings and pass final
orders on the petitioner's representation requesting the first respondent not to register any document presented by respondents 2 to 4 for registration involving the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of respondents 2 to 4, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
7.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to conclude the enquiry proceedings initiated by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.40/2026 pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner requesting the first respondent not to register any document presented by respondents 2 to 4 for registration involving the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition by passing a final order, after hearing the objections of respondents 2 to 4 and the supporting documents produced by the petitioner as well as respondents 2 to 4, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The final order to be passed by the first respondent shall be communicated to all the parties. Consequently, connected WMP is closed. No costs.
