ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court for seeking the following relief:
"To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of Temporary Veterinary Assistant Surgeon in the first respondent office within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court."
2.The affidavit is completely bereft of any details as to the cause of action prompting the petitioner to approach this Court with the above prayer, except stating that he was called for certificate verification on 20.09.2018 nothing else has been stated in the affidavit. The affidavit is completely bald and in the absence of iota of detail, this Court is unable to appreciate the claim of the petitioner.
3.This Court does not find any clue from the entirety of the affidavit as to what is the basis of the petitioner's claim seeking appointment in public service. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the Writ Petition as it framed is not maintainable and hence, the same is dismissed. No costs.
