Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to award full marks for Question No.44 in paper II of Written Competitive Examination for Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test, 2016 in favour of the petitioner on the basis of Answer Key issued by the Respondents herein.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to award full marks for Question No.44 in paper II of the Written Competitive Examination for Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test, 2016 in favour of her on the basis of the Answer Key issued by the Respondents.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondents admitted that the answer to the question No.44 in paper II of the written examination was not printed in the option column, they have not awarded marks to that question. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 15.11.2016 to the respondents in this regard. However, till date, no order has been passed on the said representation.

3.Considering the nature of the relief sought for herein, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and as per law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
