ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the enquiry proceedings initiated against Tmt.Karthiga. 1/4
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader (Pondy.) By consent of both the parties, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. According to the petitioner, Tmt.Karthiga has committed land grabbing and in such circumstances, he has given a complaint, which is being enquired into by the respondent. The petitioner had appeared for personal hearing on 07.06.2021 and according to him, subsequent to his appearance on that date, no further progress has been made by the respondent and in such circumstances, the petitioner has sought for early disposal of the enquiry proceedings.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if final orders are passed in the enquiry proceedings dated 07.06.2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court after affording a fair hearing to Tmt.Karthiga and those who are involved in the alleged land grabbing.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final order in the impugned enquiry proceedings dated 07.06.2021 on merits and in accordance with law after affording a fair hearing to Tmt.Karthiga and others, who are alleged to have been involved in land grabbing, including granting them the 2/4
right of personal hearing within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
