Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to conduct survey of the petitioners land in Old S.No.104/2A and New S.No.104/2A2 measuring 0.43 acres, S.No.104/2B mesuring 0.86 1⁄2 acres and S.No.104/2C measuring 0.86 1⁄2 acres, totalling measuring 2.16 acres, situated at Perieri Village, Chengam Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and issue report of the survey conducted to the petitioner, considering the petitioner's representations, dated 30.12.2024, sent to the 1st respondent and representations, dated 03.01.2025, 06.01.2025 and 07.01.2025 given to the respondents 2 to 4, in the presence of the petitioner and within a stipulated time period.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks for survey and demarcation of boundaries of the properties more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition.
2. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. At the outset, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not submitted an 2/6
online application with the respondents to enable the respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries.
4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application with the respondents.
5. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the fourth respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the properties more fuly disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) The petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application with the fourth respondent seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the properties more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of 3/6
this order.
(b) Before surveying the lands in question, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice. (c) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the fourth respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the properties more fully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of the online application from the petitioner.
(d) There shall be no order as to costs.
