ORDER
Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent.
2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2025, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court and pass orders.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even though several grounds were raised in support of the writ petition, he would restrict his prayer for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2025.
5. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this 2/4
Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
