This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 42 days in filing this criminal revision as against the order dated 10.12.2024 in CMP No.5457 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 42 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
