Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Considering the limited scope of prayer, sought for, in this Petition, this Court is of the view that there is no need to issue notice to the respondent.

Considering the 'A' Diary extract, wherein, it is seen that the case was adjourned for counselling and special counselling, and the special counselling is not over, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by directing the learned II Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of M.C.No.332 of 2013, pending on his file, as expeditiously as possible.
