This petition has been filed to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and to protect his men and property and act on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.09.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has not even obtained necessary order from the municipal authorities for demolition of the building and hence, no police protection can be granted at this stage.

In the result, this petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
