(CR.NO.219 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed as the petitioner shall execute a 2 normal sureties instead of two blood related sureties imposed by this Hon`ble High Court in Crl.O.P.no.13433/2022 dated 10.06.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.DEEPAK KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 10.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.13433 of 2022 i.e., the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two blood related sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Hon'ble Sessions Court, Mahalir Neethimandram, (FTMC), Tiruppur.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Hon'ble Sessions Court, Mahalir Neethimandram, (FTMC), Tiruppur.
