herein, especially the 3rd respondent herein to cancel the Patta No.942 issued to the 6th respondent, which contain petitioner lands and also requested them to issue a separate patta in the name of the petitioner herein for their Ayan Nanja lands measuring 4 cents, comprised in Old Survey No.113/15, New Survey No.137/5 and Ayan Nanja lands measuring 11 cents, comprised Old Survey No.113/17, New Survey No.137/6B, totalling in all 15 cents situated in Pombur Village, Vanur Taluk, Villupuram District as per sale deed dated 13.03.1983, registered as Document No.1289 of 1990 at the Sub Registrar Office, Vikkiravandi by implementing the direction of the 1st respondent herein vide their Letter O.M (A3)/E-3789438/2025 dated 10.11.2025 in this regard to the 3rd respondent.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to cancel the patta No.942 issued in the name of the 6th respondent for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 13.09.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse order is passed against the 6th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 6th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
3. As seen from the documents filed along with this writ petition, proceedings has already been initiated by the 3rd respondent based on the petitioner's representation.
4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 13.09.2025 referred to supra, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 6th respondent and any other party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 13.09.2025 seeking cancellation of patta bearing No.942 issued in favour of the 6th respondent for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 6th respondent and any other party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
