COMMON ORDER By consensus of the parties, order passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, II Additional District Judge, Tiruppur, in I.A.No.228 of 2016 and I.A.No.229 of 2016 respectively, in M.C.O.P.No.136 of 2013, dated 10.06.2016, are set aside.

2. The Tribunal is directed to receive the additional counter and permit the petitioner / third respondent, the Insurance Company to adduce further evidence in this matter. Since the matter is reopened at the stage of argument, the Tribunal is directed to dispose of the claim petition within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
