The Manager, State Bank of India Kodambakkam Branch, Chennai 600024 Defendants Prayer:- This Civil Suit is filed to pass a judgement and decree against the Defendants, (a) directing the 1st Defendant to settle and clear all encumbrances and liabilities over the suit property and hand over the original title deeds of the suit property, (b) in the event of failure of the said Defendant to clear the encumbrances, directing the Defendants 1 and 2 jointly and severally to pay a compensation of Rs.40,00,000/- with interest at 18% per annum from 5.2.2009 till the date of realization and (c) directing the Defendants to pay costs of the suit.
