This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13952 of 2022 on 17.06.2022, to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.00 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has only complied the conditions from 24.06.2022 till date.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
