This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.No.9212 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.547 of 2022 vide order dated 04.07.2023, to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of once in three months i.e., January, April, July and October at 10.30 a.m.

2. Ms.Vrindha, learned counsel representing the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9212 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.547 of 2022 vide order dated 04.07.2023, is totally relaxed.
