ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider and dispose of petitioners' claim for compassionate appointment to any one of the petitioners in any suitable post in panchayat schools in Chengalpattu District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the second respondent that the relief that has been prayed for in the present writ petition has already been granted by the Department itself and the petitioner has also been appointed as Noon-Meal organizer on 08.06.2021.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the second respondent, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
