ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 447 and 109 of IPC, in Crime No.35 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is originally the owner of the property to the extent of 25 cents. Further, the petitioner along with other accused persons have created a bogus document with an intention to grab the property belonging to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint was registered against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner was acting only as broker. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this is the second bail application filed by the petitioner and this Court has already dismissed the earlier bail application of the petitioner. The petitioner along with other accused persons have created a bogus document with an intention to grab the property belonging to the defacto complainant. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and the earlier bail petition was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
