..Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarfied Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 dated 29.07.2020 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, consequently direct the respondent not to prevent the petitioner by using pathway in Survey No.158/3 to the extent of 1 cent henceforth.
