Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th Respondent to issue Patta to the members of the petitioner association, in respect of their land sites situate in S.F.Nos.49/1B & 50, Upplipalayam Village, Coimbatore by deleting the wrong entries pertaining to the said lands and restore the status of the said lands as "Patta Lands", by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2019. When it is pointed out that the Petitioner which is an Association cannot file a Writ Petition seeking relief espousing the cause of its individual members and does not affect any legal right of that Association, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty for the individual members of the Association of the Petitioner to work out their remedies for the relief sought in this Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. 2.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
