O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent-Police to file a final report in Crime No.1315 of 2024 registered on 01.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and pertains to non-payment of part consideration which does not amount to cheating.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent-Police to close the F.I.R. Further, the petitioner is directed to work out his remedy before the competent civil Court in the manner known to law.

5. With the abovesaid directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
