The petitioner was convicted for the offence under Section 498-A IPC, and sentenced to undergo two years Rigorous Imprisonment, by the trial Court, which has been confirmed by the Sessions Court, on appeal. 2.This Court, while admitting the revision case filed by the petitioner, was pleased to suspend the sentence and release the petitioner on bail on condition that, he should report before the trial Court on every Monday, until further orders. Hence, this petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that he is required to go to Mexico on official work and that he would return to India in the month of November 2019. 4.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been convicted for matrimonial offence and that he has been submitting himself to the process of law till now, the said condition stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall furnish a photocopy of his passport with Visa, e-mail id, mobile number, place of stay in Mexico and his employment particulars, by way of an affidavit before the trial Court, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, with a copy to the respondent police.
