This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 09.04.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.6937 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now he has been served with a copy of the the driving license, RC Book, Insurance of the vehicle and also a copy of the FIR.
