Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the fourth and fifth respondents-Police to provide necessary Police protection to the Surveyor and Revenue officials to measure the petitioner's property in Old Survey Nos.54/4, 54/5, 55/3 and 56/1, New Survey Nos.68/2, 68/3 and 69/4 of an extent of 3 acres 32 cents at Keelnachipattu Village, Thiruvannamalai, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 12.03.2025. ORDER

This petition is filed to protect the Surveyor and the Revenue Officials to measure the petitioner's property, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 12.03.2025.

2. The present Writ Petition seeking Police protection to survey the property, is not maintainable.

3. The petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy before 2 / 4

competent/appropriate Court.
