J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.) This intra court appeal is directed against the order dated 11.12.2012 in W.P.No.27709 of 2012 allowing the writ petition filed by the respondent for payment of fees claimed by him for his professional work.
2.When the appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in view of the payment made by the appellants. 3.There is no question of adjudication of the issue relating to the fees after settling the entire fee to the respondent who filed the writ petition in W.P.No.27709 of 2012.
4.The writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous on account of the subsequent events. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
