This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue Patta to the petitioner for his property in Survey Nos. 1321/1A, 1313/1B, 1313/1, 1351/1L, 1318, 1313/1B, 1316/3B, 1326, 1313/2B, 1351/1L, 1321/1A3, 1316/3A, 1313/2A, 1311 situated at Thuraiyur -B Village, Chengalpattu District totally measuring about 9 acres 15 cents by considering the petitioners representation dated 16-05-2024.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 16.05.2024 with a request for issuance of patta, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 2/4

16.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the private respondent and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
