ORDER

Heard Mr.D.Bharathy, learned counsel for the petitioner ; Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his representation for the grant of license to run the bunk shop at Jothi Venkatachalam Street, Chennai-7, near Central Government Medical Godown Compound.

3.The petitioner claims to be a physically challenged person. He is running bunk shop in the place mentioned above However, according to the petitioner, the officials of the respondents are interfering https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with his business in running the bunk shop and are trying to evict him. Therefore, the petitioner gave representations to the 1st respondent and thereafter, has come up with the above writ petition. 4.According to the learned Standing counsel for the Corporation, roads and bus routes vest with the Corporation. 5.In view of the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.01.2015 on merits and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the petitioner shall not be dispossessed.
