This petition is filed to transpose the petitioner as the appellant and the revision filed in Crl.R.C.No.693/2019 pending on the file of this Court to be converted as an appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed.
