This petition has been filed to amend the name of the petitioner as "Sarathkumkar S/o.Ravi" instead of "Ravi, S/o.K.Ganapathi" in order made in Crl.O.P.No.12024/2016 dated 10.06.2016.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the name of the petitioner mentioned in the order of this Court dated 10.06.2016 is amended as "Sarathkumar S/o.Ravi" as against "Ravi,S/o.K.Ganapathi" mentioned in the order of this Court dated 10.06.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.12024 of 2016.

4. Registry is directed to incorporate the above amendment and issue fresh orders. The others contents of the order of this Court dated 10.06.2016 shall remain unaltered.
