This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9832 of 2024, dated 25.04.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9832 of 2024, dated 25.04.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
