ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition as the client wants to settle the matter out of Court. He has also made an endorsement and circulated a letter to the Registry dated 30.11.2015 to that effect.
2. In view of the letter circulated by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made thereupon, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. No costs.
