ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.No.185 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025 that the appellant shall report before the Special Court everyday at 10.30 a.m and also on all hearing dates until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2.Heard the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The condition No.8 (c) imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court everyday at 10.30 a.m. and also on all hearing dates until further orders vide order dated 04.03.2025 in Crl.A.No.185 of 2025 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. and on all hearing dates until further orders.

4. All other conditions remain unaltered.
