The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 392 IPC in Crime No.53 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant purchased two mobiles and kept in his van. While so, the petitioner snatched those mobile phones in the absence of the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Anu mobile phones of the defacto complainant and threatened him with knife point. He further submitted that there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
