By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner, in the form of representation dated 18.01.2016 given to the 1st respondent during the Grievance Day alleging that the lands in Survey Nos.913, 914, 915, 916 and 917 at S.Muduganapalli Revenue Village, Beegisettypalli village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District, are the ancestral properties and while updating the survey, the names of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

third parties, viz., respondents 5 to 8, have been included and therefore, prayed for conducting an enquiry to rectify the said mistake and since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner is constrained to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

4. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, permits the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 4th respondent along with a copy of this order as well as the earlier representation dated 18.01.2016 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 4th respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the respondents 5 to 8 and pass orders within a further period of ten weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner and to the respondents 5 to 8.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
