Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third and fifth respondents to sanction the accident relief fund within a reasonable time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and to direct the first, second and fourth respondents to track the accused and to install 'FUNCTIONING" CCTV cameras at the city hub.

ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to direct third and fifth respondents to sanction the accident relief fund within a reasonable time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and to direct the first, second and fourth respondents to track the accused and to install 'FUNCTIONING" CCTV cameras at the city hub.
2. It is seen from the records, on 11.08.2015, the petitioner met with an accident near Muthuswamy Salai Road and Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital Road (General Hospital Road) junction and he sustained fracture in his left arm. In this regard he lodged a complaint in Crime No.116 of 2015 before the fourth respondent/Inspector of Police to find out the accused persons and the said complaint is still pending. Now he filed this petition, with the above said prayer. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered now. However, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.116 of 2015, if not already filed.
3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
