Prayer in W.P.No.17117 of 2023: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records and quash the impugned refusal check-slip/order dated 10.05.2023 passed by the respondent in RFL/Arakandanallur/58/2023 and consequently direct the respondent to register the sale deed dated 09.05.2023 presented for registration by the petitioner in respect of property bearing New S.No.21/2 Ac.1.00 or Hec.0.40.50 in S.Kollur Village, Kandachipuram Taluk, Villupuram District.

Prayer in W.P.No.17119 of 2023: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records and quash the impugned refusal check-slip/order dated 10.05.2023 passed by the respondent in RFL/Arakandanallur/57/2023 and consequently direct the respondent to register the sale deed dated 09.05.2023 presented for registration by the petitioner in respect of property bearing New S.No.21/2 Ac.0.50 or Hec.0.20.24 in S.Kollur Village, Kandachipuram Taluk, Villupuram District.

Prayer in W.P.No.17121 of 2023: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records and quash the impugned refusal check-slip/order dated 10.05.2023 passed by the respondent in RFL/Arakandanallur/10/2023 and consequently direct the respondent to register the sale deed dated 21.01.2023 presented for registration by the petitioner in respect of property bearing New S.No.21/2 Hec.0.61.00 in S.Kollur Village, Kandachipuram Taluk, Villupuram District.

2. These writ petitions have been filed challenging refusal check-slips passed by the respondent and consequently direct the respondent to register the sale deeds.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that if the documents are represented, they will pass orders and register the documents as per law.

4.Such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to represent the sale deeds for registration and on such representation, the respondent shall pass order and register the documents as per law within a period of two weeks thereafter.

5. With the above direction, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
