By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner joined as temporary driver in the 3rd respondent Corporation Branch on 19.12.2007. The drivers who were joined along with the petitioner were regularised as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
permanent drivers of the respondents corporation in the year 2008 itself but the petitioner was regularised only on 09.01.2014. Hence, the petitioner made several representations to the respondents but the same was not considered. Hence, this present writ petition.
