PRAYER:

This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2015 and forbear the 1st respondent from constructing the house bearing 900 Sq.Ft., situated at S.F.No.6/1 Narasothipatti Village, Suramangalam Sub-Registrar Office, Salem District, in favour of 2nd respondent. For Petitioner : Mr.P.Saravanan, For Respondent No. 1 : Mr.R.V.Babu, For Respondent No. 2 : None appeared

ORDER

The petitioner made a representation on 08.10.2015 to the first respondent stating that the property situated in Survey No. 6/1, to an extent of 900 square feet at Narasothipatti Village, Suramangalam Sub-Registrar Office, Salem District, belongs to him by way of registered sale deed dated 21.08.2008 and therefore, the second respondent shall not be given any permission to put up construction. As the said representation has not been disposed of by the 1st respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Considering the pendency of the representation before the first respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders in representation dated 08.09.2015, within a period of six weeks after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

well as the second respondent.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
