ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the various representations sent by the petitioner.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he suffered from Muscular Dystrophy and despite the same, the respondents have not considered legitimate rights of the petitioner under the provisions of the persons with Disability Act, 2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner rights is also entitled for promotion to appropriate post.

3. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to dispose this writ petition by directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
