PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee to dispose H.M.O.P.No.625 of 2020 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee. For Petitioners : M/s. R.Hemalatha O R D E R This Civil Revision Petition is filed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.625 of 2020 pending on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee within a stipulated time.

This Court is not made aware of the pendency status of the cases pending on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee, especially the year from which the cases are pending. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to fix any time frame for disposing H.M.O.P.No.625 of 2020. Therefore, considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case is ripe for enquiry, the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, Poonamallee is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.625 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.
