Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to dispose petitioner's Review Petition dated 17.10.2022, pending before the fourth respondent within stipulated time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to dispose of the Review Petition dated 17.10.2022 filed by the petitioner, pending before the fourth respondent within stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he has been terminated from service after charges have been framed against the him in a departmental enquiry and as against which, he has filed a Review petition before the fourth respondent on 17.10.2022 and the same has not been considered till date. Hence, seeks for a direction to the fourth respondent to dispose of the Review Petition filed by the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and 6 and Mr.R.Siddarth, learned Government Advocate for the fifth respondent.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought in this Writ Petition, the fourth respondent is directed to dispose of the Review Petition filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate Orders on merits and in accordance to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
