ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 302 IPC in Cr.No.429 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has murdered his wife namely Tharanidevi by strangulation in order to maintain his illicit intimacy with his college mate and there by committed the offence. Hence the defacto complainant lodged a police complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he did not receive any from the defacto complainant. Therefore the petitioner prays for grant of bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the the investigation is pending in this case and strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and further the offence is very heinous in nature and the investigation is in crucial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
