2. The orders passed by this Court on 13.02.2023 in the above captioned petition is hereby recalled and the Court passes the following order.

3. This Insolvency Petition was filed to adjudicate the petitioner herein as an insolvent and to direct that her estate to be administered by the Official Assignee, High Court, Madras in a regular manner.

4. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, it was submitted that the entire claim has been settled by the petitioner and as on date, there are no claims pending.

5. The learned Official Assignee also conceded the same and submitted that the entire claim has been settled and therefore, he has no objection to discharge the petitioner.

6. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Official Assignee. 2/4

7. Since the entire claim has been settled by the petitioner, no adjudication is required in this petition. Hence this Petition is closed and the petitioner is also discharged. Consequently, all the connected applications are closed.
