This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1317 days in filing the restoration petition to get the writ petition restored.

2. It is seen that the writ petition has been dismissed by this Court on 30.11.2017 for non-prosecution/default.

3. The affidavit filed in support of the application/petition is perused and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner to explain the delay of 1317 days in filing the application to restore the writ petition to file.

4. There is no serious objection on the side of the respondents counsel also.
