ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 10.03.2025 passed by the respondent.
2. Ms.K.Aswini Devi, learned Standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 and Dr.Paul Sunder Singh, learned Standing counsel takes notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, vide intimation dated 2/6
10.03.2025, the respondent had demanded a sum of Rs.1,49,449/- towards property tax, out of which, a sum of Rs.16,401/- has already been paid by the petitioner. Further, he would submit that now, the petitioner is willing to pay the balance amount of a sum of Rs.1,33,048/- vide 4 equal monthly instalments. Therefore, though he had sought for larger relief in this petition, he had restricted his relief to the extent to request this Court to grant liberty to the make payment of the balance demand amount as stated above.
4. In reply, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents request this Court to pass any appropriate orders with regard to the payment of remaining demand amount.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned | Standing counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

In the case on hand, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had already paid a sum of Rs.16,401/- out of the total demand of Rs.1,49,449/- and now the petitioner is willing to pay the remaining demand amount of Rs.1,33,048/- vide 4 equal installments and he has restricted his relief and requested this Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to make the payment of remaining amount since it will be sufficient to meet out the case of the petitioner.
7. Considering the submissions made by the petitioner and in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to grant an opportunity to pay the remaining demand amount of Rs.1,33,048/-. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay the balance admitted tax amount of a sum of Rs.1,33,048/- vide 4 equated monthly installments in the following manner:
