ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.03.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that on receipt of the the petitioner's complaint dated 29.03.2025, CSR No.462 of 2023 was assigned and enquiry was conducted. During investigation, the respondent Police found that the parties have entered into compromise and also they settled the matter and hence the complaint was closed. He further submitted that the petitioner had already given a similar complaint before the Inspector of Police, D2 Investigation Wing Police Station, Selvampuram, Coimbatore District and the same was also closed.
4. In view of the same, the petitioner is not entitled to seek the relief as sought for in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
