ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The request of the petitioner for shifting of the TASMAC shop has been rejected on the ground that after the measurements https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

were taken, the TASMAC shop is not within the prohibited distance from either a temple or any educational institution.

2. We thus find no ground to exercise the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
