When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner's complaints dated 22.11.2025 and 30.03.2026 were considered and C.S.R.No.291 of 2026, dated 08.04.2026, was assigned. He further submitted

that the petitioner appeared for the enquiry and gave an undertaking to appear before the Revenue Department or the Civil Court to settle the issue. 2.Recording the above submissions, this Petition is disposed of. No costs. 29-04-2026 ep
